Elsa is a Principal Consultant in the Emanate Technology Brisbane team. Specialising in Software Development recruitment, she provides strategic talent solutions that address immediate hiring needs while supporting long-term business growth.

Elsa began her recruitment career in the UK in 2013 before relocating to Australia in 2016. Since then, she has specialised in technology recruitment, with a strong focus on software engineering. Throughout her career, she has partnered with organisations ranging from high-growth start-ups to large enterprise businesses, recruiting across a broad spectrum of technology disciplines.

Elsa has developed long-standing relationships with hiring managers, talent acquisition teams and business leaders, helping organisations navigate growth, digital transformation and complex hiring challenges. With more than 10 years of specialist recruitment experience in software engineering, Elsa is passionate about building genuine, long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Outside of work, Elsa loves spending time with her young daughter and making the most of Brisbane’s beautiful weather - something she’ll never take for granted after growing up in England! Whether it’s hiking, camping, beach days or travelling, she enjoys being outdoors and exploring new places. Before moving to Australia, Elsa spent eight months backpacking through Asia. She’s also a classically trained pianist, having played since the age of seven.
