Alex Moggs

Alex is a Senior Talent Consultant in the Emanate Technology Brisbane team. Specialising in supporting the Queensland State and Federal Government with Project Services roles, Alex is driven by a passion for problem-solving, dedicated to identifying gaps and delivering talent solutions for both clients and candidates.

Starting his recruitment career in 2021, Alex has worked for both large corporate and boutique agencies. He has been afforded the opportunity to work with a variety of specialisations within technology recruitment including Software Development, Infrastructure and Cloud services, and Project Services. Since 2022 he has specialised in supporting the Queensland State and Federal Government with highly talented Project Services candidates including Project/Program Managers, Project Coordinators, Business Analysts, Change Managers and more.

Alex is obsessed with solving problems. Eager to understand every inch of a potential gap, he tries to uncover what is going wrong and what is needed to be fixed within a portfolio, program or project, or a candidates job search.

An avid animal enthusiast, having studied Zoology, Alex would be one of the most informative people to go to a zoo with! He has also been fortunate enough to travel and spend time at the Galapagos Islands where he got to swim with giant green sea turtles, sea lions and sharks! Alex has been playing guitar for over 14 years and has a decent collection of them at home. He has a beloved French Bulldog at home, Louis, who is the politest dog you could meet!
