About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an ICT Support Officer to join a leading educational organization on a 12-month contract. You’ll be working with a variety of technology and providing on-site support across multiple locations. The technology you will work with is diverse, making this a dynamic role with the opportunity to develop your skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support and service to staff and students across multiple sites.
- Ensure all assigned support requests are promptly resolved (Level 1 and 2 support).
- Provide incident response and diagnostic support for users and incidents raised.
- Deploy, configure, upgrade and support devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, upgrade and support services including operating systems (MacOS, iOS, and Windows), applications, and systems (e.g., Microsoft 365).
About You
You’ll be a great fit within the ICT Support Officer role if you have a customer-centric approach, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You’ll need:
- ICT experience in a similar role, with exposure to a broad range of technologies.
- Experience with and sound knowledge of general operating systems and software (Apple and Microsoft technologies).
- Expertise in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- A strong ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
- A track record of delivering quality service to users.
- Relevant qualifications and industry certifications will be advantageous.
- A current driver’s license.
